Andrew is a Founding Partner and CEO of OMV Group. He is also the CEO of Aeros Aviation LLC and Aeros Development Group. Aeros Aviation is a Dallas based private aerospace integrator that acquires, builds and manages a portfolio of Defense, Aerospace and commercial precision manufacturers of components and assemblies. Aeros Development Group is a real estate development company specializing in unique off-market property development. Eros has founded, acquired or led the development of sixteen companies with combined revenues in excess of $900mm.  He has lectured on Real Estate Funding, Technology and Aerospace in the US, Europe and Asia. His lectures focused on Capital Sourcing, business start-up stepping stones, post-acquisition integration into the portfolio and corporate aircraft ownership do’s and don’ts.  Mr. Eros is an instrument-rated pilot with 4400 hours of flight time in 10 different aircraft types. He volunteers in support of several charitable organizations assisting special needs children, including United Way program and Challenge Air.  Married 41 years, Mr. Eros has two biological daughters and one adopted daughter. He enjoys volunteering at his children’s schools and coaching them in sports.
